February 2012
Rather belatedly, I have decided to enter the blogosphere and share my thoughts on what I am currently teaching, reading, what is influencing my teaching and what I am focusing on at any given moment in my work.
I hope that if you are interested in the voice and voice training that you will find something to engage you and get you thinking about the voice in a different way.
Myself and my colleagues are dedicated to teaching voice from a perspective that is physiologically sound and in a manner that is accessible and understandable.
There is a lot of misinformation out there but we hope that through our courses especially, we can help clarify good practice and safe function as well as help with artistry and performance which ultimately, for teachers and performers, is where it all leads.
I hope it is of some help to you, informative and at times, moderately entertaining. Thanks for following.
